Return Policy & Shipping

Our goal is to provide you with the finest products and superior customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please refer to the return guidelines below:

Any product with a defect may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
All watches can be returned within 30 days, if left in the original condition (unworn) with box. There will be fee to replace the back engraving which varies on the watches style.
There are no returns for custom jewelry. This includes custom rings, charms, badges, pins, and any other specialized order.
Ring resizings up to a half size are $39 for shipping and reprocessing.
Ring resizings up to 1 full size are $59 for shipping and reprocessing.
Ring resizing over 1 full size may be subject to a total remake and will be estimated at market price.
Rings require a 50% deposit from all new customers. The full payment is due prior to shipping.
Watches require full payment when custom designed.
Jewelery requires full payment on custom designs.
Jewelry including, but not limited to, charms, bracelets and pins require a 50% deposit. The full payment is due prior to shipping.

Please note any tooling must be paid at time of purchase and individuals not providing purchase orders must pay in full before receiving the product. Please contact customer service at 631-473-3344 with any questions.

Rings will ship in 4-6 weeks. If new tooling is required then this will add an additional 2-4 weeks.
Watches will ship in 2-4 weeks. If new tooling is required then this will add an additional 2-4 weeks.
Other custom items will ship based on the individual product. We will provide an estimate on time and price upon completion of the order.
All pricing is subject to the current market price.
